How to Switch Your Subscription

1. Log In to Your Account:

Visit our website and click on the “My Account” link in the top navigation menu.

Enter your login credentials to access your account dashboard.

2. Access Your Active Subscriptions:

In your account dashboard, click on “Subscriptions” to view your active subscriptions.

Find the subscription you want to switch.

3. Initiate the Switch:

Click the “Switch Subscription” button (Dark Grey Box) under to your current subscription.

A list of available subscription boxes will appear.

4. Select Your New Subscription:

Click on your new subscription choice.

5. Confirm the Switch:

It will take you to the ‘CART” to confirm your new subscription selection.

If applicable, your shipping cost will update automatically based on the new box selection and your location.

No funds should be charged to you AT ALL when you are switching!!

Check all the details then click “Switch Subscription”

You are welcome to skip a box month by logging into your account going to subscription and then clicking ‘HOLD’.

When you are ready to reactive your subscription simply log in to your account, click on subscriptions and then click ‘REACTIVATE’

Please note that if a subscription is skipped for 6 consecutive months we will offer it to the next person on the waitlist.

Log in to your account and click on your subscription. Click ‘SUSPEND”. This will place your subscription on hold when you are ready to make your subscription active again  click ‘REACTIVATE’

To change you address please log in to your account.

Click on the address tab and update your billing and shipping address as needed.

Please note this does not change your address on any already processing orders. To update these you will need to email us at help@fabledco.au

You will need to contact us PRIOR TO SHIPPING to update your address on a processing order.

Our shipping carrier will deliver to the address you provided and if delivery is correct then you will not be eligible for any replacement.

Once your subscription order has entered the processing stage, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.​

We provide ample notice before each billing cycle to allow you to manage your subscription:​

• Our newsletter, Fabledish, is sent at least two weeks prior to the deduction date.​

• Reminders are also posted on our social media channels.​

To skip a box or place your subscription on hold, please log into your account and select the ‘Suspend’ option before the billing date.​

In exceptional circumstances, if you believe you have a valid reason for cancellation after processing has begun, please contact us at help@fabledco.au.

Any approved refunds will be subject to our Terms and Conditions, which include a 15% processing fee deduction.​

The Subscriber Early Access is for ACTIVE subscribers ONLY.

To qualify as an ACTIVE subscriber your subscription must not have skipped the two most recent box deductions

The Subscriber Early Access is for subscribers ONLY.

Our system will automatically cancel orders that are placed with the Subscriber Early Access code by anyone who isn’t a subscriber. The set will be refunded based off our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions (deducting a 15% surcharge for processing fees).

Subscriber Early Access is reserved exclusively for active Fabled subscribers. Orders placed using the Subscriber Early Access code by non-subscribers, or orders intended for recipients who are not subscribers, will be automatically canceled.​

In such cases, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which include a 15% processing fee deduction.​
