Books That DO NOT Qualify as DAMAGED
The following are not considered damage and do not qualify for replacement:
* Light marks, scratches, or residue on the back cover or dust jacket
* Minor imperfections on sprayed edges, such as:
* Small white spots or scratches
* Slight color bleeding onto pages
* Irregular application or patchiness
* Minor creasing at the top or bottom of the spine, corners, or dust jacket
* Wavy or rippled pages (due to printing, binding, or environmental factors)
* Ripped or creased blank pages (e.g., front or back matter with no text)
* Slipcase wear from transit or light scuffing (if included)
Books That Qualify as DAMAGED
We consider a book to be damaged if it meets any of the following criteria:

A tear, rip, cut, or visible scratch larger than 1cm on the front cover, spine, or dust jacket

Residue or marks on the front cover or spine that cannot be removed and are larger than 1cm

Dents or crushed corners/edges greater than 1cm in size

Multiple bent or torn pages that affect the printed text

Production defects, such as a missing foil, varnish, or other intended finish
